Use of the tools
FinchCalc's tools are free for personal and commercial use. You may not scrape, resell, or wrap the site in a way that misrepresents its origin, and you may not use it for anything unlawful.
Estimates, not advice
The calculators produce estimates for educational purposes. They are not financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and they don't account for your complete situation. Loan terms are set by lenders; taxes are determined by tax authorities and your full return. Confirm any decision with a qualified professional or official source before acting on it.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep formulas and tax tables correct and sourced, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability or error-free output, and we are not liable for decisions made based on the tools.
Your files
Files you process with the converters are handled entirely on your device. You retain all rights to your files; because they never reach us, we claim none.
